Space-pirate parrots collect gems across an expanding grid. Trigger Fire Minions, detonate corner bombs, and launch into the Inferno Coin Game. Four birds, endless chaos, massive wins.
Red, green, blue, and purple parrots move across the grid horizontally and vertically to collect matching colour gems. Each bird collects its own colour plus all feature symbols like wilds, coins, and bonus skulls.
Four corner bombs sit at the inner edges of the space station frame. When a matching-colour bird collects a symbol on top of one, it detonates—clearing a 3×3 area and expanding the grid from 6×6 up to a maximum of 8×8.
Collect a rocket symbol to summon armoured Fire Minions onto the grid. Any bird touching a minion catches fire and sprints wildly across the board, leaving mystery fire trails that reveal gems or high-value coins.
Triggered when birds collect all symbols during the Spacecorn feature. Play on a massive 9×9 grid with four birds, four Fire Minions, and a "don't press" button in the centre. Collect coins across 3 drops—or trigger the Charlie feature to ignite all birds simultaneously.
Game Mechanics
Pirots 4 isn't a traditional spinning slot. Symbols drop vertically into a 6×6 grid, and four cartoon parrot characters—each wearing a distinct space-pirate outfit—move around collecting gems. The red bird with a gold star badge collects red diamonds. The green bird (grumpy expression, no badge) collects green diamonds. The blue bird in a winter beanie collects blue spherical gems. The purple bird in a cape collects purple diamonds.
Birds move horizontally or vertically to adjacent matching symbols. When a bird collects a gem, it disappears, symbols cascade downward, and new ones drop in from above. Birds keep moving until no more adjacent matches exist. This creates chain reactions where a single drop triggers multiple collections.
Above the grid sits a metallic tube that fills as birds collect gems and wild symbols. Fill it completely to trigger a pending feature symbol release—converting random gems into powerful feature symbols like upgrades, transforms, rockets, or Black Holes. Up to three releases can queue simultaneously.
Gems start at payout level 1. Collect an upgrade symbol and all gems matching that bird's colour increase by 1–3 levels, capped at level 7. Collect an upgrade all symbol and all four gem colours upgrade simultaneously. In the super bonus game, every upgrade symbol becomes upgrade all, rapidly escalating payouts.
When three or more birds end up adjacent, they trigger a Power Clash—colliding violently at one position, clearing a 5×5 area, then flying outward in different directions. Any corner bombs, rockets, Black Holes, coins, or bonus symbols in their flight path get collected or activated automatically.
Two adjacent birds can randomly perform a Switcheroo—swapping positions horizontally or vertically. A space Switcheroo flings one bird to the grid edge or the next collectable symbol in its trajectory.
Collect a swirling blue-purple vortex symbol to activate the Black Hole feature. It absorbs all symbols and birds, then redistributes them randomly across the grid. One to three birds may disappear entirely—their gem colours convert to the remaining birds' colours, creating new collection opportunities.
Collect three golden skull bonus symbols during a round to trigger 5 free drops. If one skull is a super bonus (flaming skull), you start on an 8×8 grid with all upgrades set to upgrade all. Each bonus skull collected during free drops awards one additional drop—except during Power Clashes. Gem upgrade levels and collection metre progress persist throughout the bonus game.
The industrial grey space station frame surrounding the grid has four removable sections. When a corner bomb detonates, it destroys one section, creating a tunnel. Birds can move through tunnels, collecting up to two feature symbols hidden inside as they pass. When the grid hits maximum size (8×8) and all corner sections are destroyed, space portals activate—allowing birds to teleport between corners if collectable symbols sit on multiple portals.

Pirots 4 runs on a 94.0% RTP across all modes—base game, bonus, and X-iter purchases. The minimum stake is £0.20; maximum is £100.00. Each bet equals 100 coins. Maximum win caps at 10,000× your stake or £1,000,000 when betting the maximum. When you hit the win cap, the round ends immediately and winnings pay out.
The game's volatility sits high due to the expanding grid, multi-level gem upgrades, and feature stacking. You can experience long dry spells punctuated by explosive wins when Fire Minions, Black Holes, and corner bombs chain together during bonus rounds.
