Cluster Wins That Cascade
Pirots X ditches traditional paylines for cluster mechanics. You need 5 or more matching symbols touching vertically or horizontally to win. When a cluster forms, those symbols explode, remaining symbols drop down, and new ones fill from the top. Cascades continue as long as new clusters appear, with each cascade potentially spawning wilds and increasing your multiplier.
Big Symbol Counting: A Super 2x2 owl occupies four tile positions and counts as four symbols toward a cluster. A Mega 3x3 counts as nine. An Epic 4x4 counts as sixteen. This makes building huge clusters far easier when big symbols land.
Global Multiplier Mechanics
Every spin starts at x1. When a nest symbol lands, one of the four Pirots flies down from its perch and settles on the nest. After all wins evaluate, the bird collects every same-colour symbol on the grid. Each low-value gem collected adds +1 to the global multiplier. Each high-value owl adds +2. The bird then flies back to the top beam.
The multiplier stays active throughout all cascades in that spin. In regular spins, it resets to x1 on the next spin. In the Bonus mode, the multiplier persists across all free drops, letting you stack it to x35 or beyond if you keep collecting symbols.
Wild Symbol Evolution
Every winning cluster generates one wild in a random empty space after the explosion. If multiple wilds end up in the same new winning cluster, they merge into a single multiplier wild. The multiplier value equals the sum of all merged wilds. A regular wild counts as x1.
Example: Three regular wilds and one x2 wild merge into one x5 multiplier wild. If that x5 wild connects to a cluster paying 4.00 coins, it pays 20.00 coins before the global multiplier applies.
Wild Split happens when a single wild touches multiple separate clusters. The wild duplicates, awarding one copy to each cluster so both get the multiplier benefit.
Feature Release Treasure Chests
At the start of any drop, a Pirot might open a treasure chest. The chest replaces 3 to 5 random 1x1 symbols with feature symbols: wilds, multiplier wilds, bombs, nests, bonus symbols, or super bonus symbols. In Bonus mode, free drop symbols can also appear from chests. Existing feature symbols and birds are never replaced.
The Bomb Feature
A bomb explodes when it lands or gets triggered. The explosion removes all non-feature symbols in a radius around the bomb. Feature symbols like bonus anchors survive. The explosion also expands the grid by one row and one column, up to the 7x7 maximum. More grid space means more symbols per drop and bigger cluster potential.
Charlie, the small blue parakeet, can independently trigger a bomb at the end of any game round, even when the other birds do nothing. This adds an element of chaos to every spin.
Bonus Game and Super Bonus
Land 3 golden Bonus anchor symbols anywhere to trigger 5 free drops. The global multiplier does not reset between drops. Any multiplier you build stays active, and birds can keep collecting to push it higher. Free drop symbols award additional spins.
The Super Bonus triggers with 1 Super Bonus anchor and 2 regular Bonus anchors. It locks the grid at 7x7 for all free drops and guarantees a feature chest at the start of every drop. This floods the grid with wilds, bombs, and nests, creating consistent high-multiplier action.
Bet Range and Payouts
Bets range from CA$0.20 to CA$100.00 across 12 levels. The game caps wins at 10,000x your bet, which equals a maximum payout of CA$1,000,000 at the highest stake. RTP sits at 94.0% across all modes, including X-iter feature buys.
Top Symbol Payouts (16+ cluster): Red Owl pays 50x, Purple Owl 25x, Green Owl 20x, Blue Owl 15x. Red Gem pays 10x, Purple Gem 8x, Green Gem 6x, Blue Gem 4x. Multiply these by wild multipliers and a stacked global multiplier for the real treasure.
